Corporate team building · Dubai
Chef-led culinary workshops for corporate teams, delivered from a working culinary institute — not an event venue. Your team cooks, competes, presents and leaves with something they built together.

The experience
Teams are split into small groups and guided through a culinary challenge by our chef-instructors. Each team creates, decorates, plates and then presents its dish — the point at which a cooking class becomes a business exercise.
The session closes with judging, tasting and a light awards moment that recognises every team's contribution.
The dish the team produced together, and the thinking behind it.
The customer for their creation — commercial, audience-aware thinking.
The differentiator — where creativity meets a real proposition.
Roles, dynamics and collaboration — the human element, surfaced.

Develop & Transform onlyLight awards moment, apron and eBook gifts, group photo to finish.
Three formats
Each format builds on the one before it, from a team celebration through to a structured leadership programme. Pricing is per participant and quoted on enquiry.
Team Culinary Experience
A hands-on culinary experience built around bonding, creativity and friendly competition. For team celebrations, post-project recognition and new-team integration.
Culinary Leadership Workshop
Everything in Connect, plus a leadership and creative execution module by Optimer Consulting. For teams where the day needs to produce a takeaway outcome.
Culinary Leadership Programme
Everything in Develop, wrapped in a longer arc. For teams using the workshop as the centrepiece of a wider development initiative rather than a standalone event.
Delivered with Optimer Consulting
A kitchen under time pressure shows you how a team really works — who takes charge, who goes quiet, where decisions stall. Most team-building days let that evidence evaporate on the drive home.
On the Develop and Transform formats, Optimer Consulting observes the session live and runs a structured debrief that connects what happened at the workstations to what happens at work.

Questions
None at all. Sessions are built for complete beginners and remain interesting for confident cooks — the chef-instructors adjust the level of guidance team by team.
We collect them in advance and confirm every accommodation before the session. Our kitchen operates documented hygiene and allergen protocols on every booking, corporate or otherwise.
Often, yes — it depends on your venue. We assess the space, power and water available before confirming, and adjust the format to suit. Tell us where you are and we will advise.
Twenty-five participants at the institute, working in small teams across six workstations. Larger headcounts are handled as two sessions on the same day.
Three weeks gives us time to agree the theme, collect dietary requirements and prepare properly. Shorter notice is sometimes possible — ask and we will tell you honestly.
Pricing is per participant and varies by format and group size. Send us your details and we will come back with a written proposal, including any introductory rate you qualify for.
Teams make and eat what they create, and the tasting is part of the judging. If you need a fuller meal alongside the session, tell us at proposal stage.
